RIP Ronnie, you are legend. I saw him on this tour and Last in Line, Black Sabbath Heaven and Hell Tour and in a small bar towards the end of his life. I will always have fond memories of Ronnie James Dio. Love your reactions and beautiful smiles. Best wishes from USA.

Fun Guitar Fact: The white guitar is a called a Warlock, made by the company BC Rich. The company, started by Mr Rico and his son, was originally called BC Rico. As they were getting popular, another company called The Rico Reed Co, threatened to sue for using the name Rico. So the father and son were trying to think of what to call their company now. The father said "well what do we want to be?", the son answered "I dont know about you, but I want to be rich!"

Dio is my all time favorite artist. All respect to Viv but I have always liked Craig Goldy with Dio, as you can see here, he is a beast of a guitarist also.

All respect to Goldy but its easy to play someone else’s solo . Don’t think Goldy could have written the classic solos Viv has written . If we are talking guitarists since Viv left , it’s by far Doug Aldrich

@@peterlansdowne5367 That’s true in this instance, I should have made myself clear in that I was referring to his work on Dream Evil. I think they are both gifted players, and I think Viv was the perfect one to launch the Dio band with. But over the years I have found myself really drawn to Goldy’s playing, especially on the DE album.

@@kenklein4783 Goldy was a great technician, probably better than Viv in that sense. But Viv is the greater guitarist because he created all these great solos and most of the riffs on those first two Dio albums. By all accounts, he was marginalized on the 3rd album and didn't last long after.

1984 live version is better than this one, as it has the original guitarist Vivian Campbell. Craig Goldy is the guitarist on this and he's good too but it's just not the same.
