I agree with Mrs. Jackson-Miller that his actions were rude and distasteful, but who it ruined not the precious DPP character or position, it affected and tarnished his position not the entire legal system. Her (TV show host for Angles) take on the government is that they over think and over do things. For me they tend to personally show their disdain and control in which concoc'ting plans of a certain discipline through their inner circling lackeys and we know what kind of things they'll do to set up or get out or permanently shut down who they feel is threatening or rather rocking the boat or turning over the apple cart of the mystery makers and takers and no one should say or do anything about it. Where are the basic standards of which all Jamaicans must uphold to? As far as I see it they're different rules for the different classes and that will create contridictions continious encouraging the incorrigible men and women of who's so called economically and financially strong who speaks proud and mighty is poorly despondently weak and desperately evil and there rewards are riches beyond there wildest wishes that they would want in every way to materialize that only motivates hopeless dreams

Nobody is arguing against having some punishment. But being unable to work in his actual profession for 2 years? That's quite ridiculous for something that only affected his reputation. A reasonable approach would've been to cap the duration to a year, and perhaps add some other punishment to it if needed.
