Today I want to share why I use an Apple Watch every day, how it benefits me and why I think you should try one too! I will also talk about the different Apple Watch models available now and which is best for who. Receiving important notifications on the wrist is great. You can glance to see the message, reminders, emails or even take calls. My advice is to only allow important notifications to come in to your Apple Watch. If it’s a message the options will depend on which Apple Watch you have. The Series 3 and Apple Watch SE let you select from a list of preset responses, use emojis, nice for a quick response but I prefer to dictate text which works really well. However my favourite way to respond to a message is with the keyboard right on the display, this feature is exclusive to the Apple Watch Series 7. Since the original Apple Watch the design hasn't changed much. I especially like how the design is unisex and the two screen sizes mean, depending on your wrist size, you can find one that fits you best. All my Apple watches have been the smaller variants, 40mm SE and 41mm Series 7, for my 155mm wrists the smaller version looks most proportionate. A big part of the Apple Watch design is the band mechanism. The band you choose sets the tone. Apple have used the same slide mechanism for years. This means there are many first and third party bands to choose from. You can really personalise your watch, either to match the colour of your outfit, activity or occasion. The Apple has a series of watch faces to suit your style. Some are more plain and simple, just showing the time. While others use complications, these are like widgets but for your apple watch. I love using complications on my Apple Watch. For example the temperature, activity rings and short cuts to apps such as voice memos. A big differentiating factor between the Apple Watch Series 7 and SE. My favourite feature of the Series 7 is the always on display. Functional, to check time for subtly without turning wrist. And also looks good to have watch face on screen at all times. This is a compelling reason to go for the Series 7 over the SE or Series 3. The words Apple and ecosystem go hand in hand. Using the Apple Watch you can unlock your iPhone and Mac. Apple Pay on Apple Watch is fantastic. The Apple Watch comes in a cellular and non-cellular version, the cellular version can be used independently from your iPhone. But even the non-cellular version can store media such as music and photos. If you use Siri on your iPhone or Mac, having it on your wrist is even better. Maps too is great on the Apple Watch. All Apple Watch models have the ability to continuously monitor your heart rate. However the SE and Series 7 have more accurate newer generation heart sensors and the Series 7 takes this even further by adding the ability to take an EKG and blood oxygen. The Apple Watch Series 3, SE and Series 7 all also have all-day battery life. As for which model to go for, my advice is. SE: great for first time buyers with all the core Apple Watch features. S7: provides the best smartwatch experience with an amazing bigger always on display and health/sports features. S3: great value watch, get the essential Apple Watch features for a very attractive price if found on offer for around $150.

I bought the series 7 GPS 41mm. I really love the watch. I upgraded from a series 3. There was nothing wrong with my series 3, it was still going strong but my mother wanted a smart watch so I passed it down to her. The upgrade was definitely worth it, I was initially going to go for the 45mm but it was too big for me personally. Overall I plan on having this Apple Watch for years to come. I think everyone should definitely try one out

If i will have an iPhone, i do definitely want an Apple watch. It do comes in handy. You can just check notifications thru your watch. And putting important notification on is much better, like the calls, text and emails. I like that you can change the bands to match an event or an outfit. It can be formal or sporty. It is really nice. 😍

The in-watch keyboard availability does not only depend on the watch being a series 7 - it apparently also depends on what language you use. My series 7 does not give me the opportunity to use the in-watch keyboard, probably due to my chosen language, danish !

Here you will find the menu for keyboards. In "Add new keyboard" select "English (USA)." The keyboard will now appear on ur watch, hope i helped

Hi, I am no doctor and can not give any medical advice. However, I hear from many people that, whether active or not, they are quite happy with the health apps. Working with and relying on this type of apps is something of the future and also I personally (although still very young and physically active) feel confident having them. More apps to come, so perhaps good to start getting used to them

Hi Jega, I have seen people using the watch that way, even around their ankle. Medically speaking I do not know if this influences the quality of the ECG and other readings. Your heart rate should still be readable on the inside of your wrist

Hi Dushyant, if you want to use your Apple Watch independent from your Iphone, I would go for the SE cellular. However, most, myself included, use the watch and phone together. In that case the 7 is the better option

Just got a series 7 I had the series 3 when it first launched but stopped wearing it as it got a little slow. Father got the 7 and the screen difference and the 45MM looked incredibly nice. No regrets at all. Just as handy as I remember it being with the series 3

8:49 the Apple Watch only listens for Hey Siri when the display is awake, not when it is in Always On or off. This means it drains almost no battery at all. And you don’t even need to say “Hey Siri” if you bring the watch near and speak to it, it will do as you ask with no wake word required :)

Honestly the reason to own an Apple Watch is because of emergencies crash detection if your phone gets lost stolen or just doesn’t work you have your Apple Watch and it has your location emergency sos heart rate monitor etc that’s the reason to get one especially when you are at work you can’t take out your phone but you can check your watches notifications fast honestly for emergencies it’s really worth it!

Hi Lehrer, before entering into a philosophical discussion on what one really needs in life (then admittedly iPhones and Apple watches should not go to the top), I do think, at least for me, that the Apple Watch adds a lot to the Tech eco system I am now part of. You attribute way too many features to the Watch 7 which already existed way earlier than that model (ECG, blood oxygen, etc). I'm getting a replacement model of the Series 6 from the used market for a great deal, it basically has the same features as Series 7 and 8. I don't get it. Isn't this more "Why you need a smartwatch"? Almost everything you've described is what I would consider basic smartwatch functionality. I've had these functions on both Wear OS and Tizen watches. Don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying the apple watch is bad (SE or non-SE), it's one of the best smartwatches out there and if you're on iphone, it hands down the best. The video just seems like you encourage people to get a smartwatch and not necessarily an apple watch.

I paid 900 euros for the stainless steel for what?The Huawei Gt3 pro has almost the same options that are graphically much nicer from 329,-. Even the Samsung 4 Classic and the 5 are graphically nicer and cheaper with the same options.
