I agree with you on the holiday gift. I was lucky enough to check my account that morning and was able to get the snow globe but it’s not fair for everyone who did not get one.

I became a Dior platinum status member early December and received my platinum gift. It showed up in my cart and I checked it out without having to buy anything. The platinum gift was two dior towels, around the world vanity case with two regular size dior products, the capture total wrinkle cream and face serum. I was very pleased with this generous gift. Try reaching out to them again to see if there was a mix up regarding your platinum gift. I was however disappointed because I didn't get a holiday gift platinum members are suppose to receive. I emailed them about it but they haven't responded. I believe the holiday gift was suppose to be the snow globe. I keep checking my cart to see if it will magically appear there. Other than this one glitch I am happy with the products and the free gifts I receive when I use the promo codes. I intend on emailing them I one more time to see what happened with my holiday gift. I hope they make up the mistake they made with you. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I hope you get the holiday gift! The platinum gift sounds amazing!! I have found all of their gifts to be super nice. It is just this holiday replacement one that was a bit of a letdown.
