So excited to share with you my first handbag video. This is an unboxing of the Dior D-Lite Bois de Rose or Rosewood Cannage handbag. I was trying to decide between the D-Lite and the brand new D-Joy bag so I've included footage of me modeling the D-Joy bag. Is it the color? Getting it dirty is definitely a concern. Mine has been ok, some greying around the inner party of the handle. I do put it back in the dustbag when I’m not using it.

@@MichiMakesUp when the baby is here it will all come to you naturally I swear … it’s when they get to be a teenager that’s when you need all the help 😩🤣 mine weren’t too bad jack is 28 this year he’s never been a bother ever but Charlotte and Tom tried it for a few years I’m so shocked I only have a few grey hairs 🤣 had plenty of sleepless nights , staying up with them while they were scarily drunk … me and mark .. Tom was in a terrible state and he’s a big kid nearly six ft and he would have probably choked to death in his sleep mark had to drag him up while he was being sick totally unaware of it all… enjoy every second of it while you can control where they are and who they are with … xxx

Luxury bags and luxury beauty just go together in my book so yes to luxury bag content! I have the classic lady Dior in gray and small size that I bought at the end of 2020 and still haven’t worn it yet. She is coming out this year for sure! 😆 Just what we needed for more bag content! Saw the Chloe tote today at the store and it is such a good one. Well, not a huge fan of the giant Chloe on the straps but the rest of the bag is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I can deal with the oversized logo. Common with the luxury totes. The Dior Lady in gray looks beautiful! Yes, she needs a fun entrance!

It was so hard that two weeks with covid and already being fatigued from first trimester. All I wanted to do with sleep and had tummy issues as everything was changing. I still think about the smaller bag. Maybe another time. 😄 Thank you Julia!

Hi Mariam! I hear late or even early third trimester for some, fatigue really comes back along with the aches. I am definitely feeling the aches! Trying to keep up with pre-natal yoga and started seeing a chiropractor. Might try a belly belt.

Just started watching - congratulations is the only word I can think of but it’s just not enough! I am so incredibly happy for you (and your partner/husband). (As someone who had a miracle pregnancy at 43 - miracle baby at 44 - the joy of pregnancy is forever imprinted in me.) I am sure that motherhood will bring you an unimaginable and indescribable feeling of all-encompassing love. Now, about your unboxing: you are glowing and your little baby bump is really beautiful - oh, and your new bag is gorgeous - classy neutral pink (of course you would pick a lipstick shade); solid top handles secured with brass rings; classic embossing; open concept; optional straps, inner pockets, solid brass feet, etc.). (Perhaps you could find some classy and comfortable fingerless gloves to ensure oil-free palm contact with the handles..? Dior should make those to accompany their canvas bags, TBH. I suspect there are plenty of options out there given the growing trend of protecting hands against the sun.) In any case, this is a wonderful video! So glad you got over all the discomfort of the first trimester. Thank you for sharing. Makes my weekend!

Thank you for the message Jocelyne! We tried for a long time and are thrilled to be expecting. On my fertility journey, I met others who were trying and struggled for various reasons. It is a difficult and lonely time. I had more than a handful of those moments. You read my mind on the protecting the handles! I am getting some twillies in the next few months to wrap them! I do like how Dior has handled their brand over the years and their consistency with the Lady bag makes me consider it a collector’s essential piece. Not that I am an avid collector. I just have a few things I like collected over the years.

Hi Jasmine! Thank you. I have taken it out a dozen times and have hung it on backs of chairs at restaurants or sat on booth seats. It has held up well. The material is pretty sturdy and light dirt is not noticeable. My recommendation is to avoid wearing blue jeans or dark clothes where it can rub off on the strap or bag.

Due mid August! It gets very hot here so will be hanging out inside mostly or by the pool for “exercise”. I see where you are coming from. The black leather Lady bag is so classic. You can’t go wrong with it.

Yes!!! I want to add some twillies. Dior has their own, but I’m looking at Hermes. The color of the bag makes me smile. 😁 I’ll see what comes in for their fall season. It can be quite uncomfortable to sleep now for longer periods of the night. Keeping up with the stretching has helped. 😅
