Dior Dune Pour Homme Review

Kristo, you are an amazing reviewer. During the past 12 months, I have purchased at least 6 fragrances which you have favorably reviewed. That includes, Dune, which I just started wearing last Friday. Amazing. A very unique, summer fragrance. The fig notes are incredible. I wore it to work today and received so many compliments. What I like is that so few people I know have ever heard of Dior Dune. Your commentaries are spot on. You words hold a lot of weight with me. I wish I had your nose.

in love with dune myself, im 20 and live in mexico city, half the year it is very dry so it usally lasts 4-5. I totally get the sensation of wood and sand, like a persian carrying a coffer of wood with herbs into a tent in the desert..

@arimalan I really should have mentioned that. I really like the bottle and the juice is a nice soft yellow, sandy colour. Great attention to detail.

@MrJL0622 That's a good question. For a hot, humid summer I would pick Dune for sure, but I might take a pocket sprayer with me where ever I go as it doesn't really last long enough. Rocky Mountain Wood is fantastic and lasts much longer, but its more suitable for a cool, crisp spring day to me. Hope I could help!

You are shooting the reviews out now, nice. I always tend to think that older fragrances carry like an "old-mans"-scent, if you know what I mean. That does not mean it is so. Have not seen it in stores, maybe it's been taken away from deparement stores, but seen it online I think. Great review!

@FragranceBros I recommend having another try. It is light, but its great if you like both fig and sandalwood. It doesn't have the 'coconutty' feel that some fig notes can have either i.e. Marc Jacobs for Men (which I do really enjoy though).

I still have my 90s perfume that I have to this day. I just wonder why perfume nowadays don't last as long as the perfume from the 90s like the og hugo boss men which I have till this day although about 15ml left.

An easy way to extend the longevity of scents like Dune is to spray some on your clothing. Much to admire about Dune. Unfortunately it turns a little too sweet for me as it drys down, but a very clean fragrance for summer.

I was in store today trying some different summer frag I've tried maybe 5 summer or sport old scents And when i smell this i took it imediatly without thinking coz its something unusual

@BetawiBlood lol, yeah its nice juice, love the sweet smoky incense, dont wear it as much as i would like though coz i only get 3 to 4 hours max longevity with it, if i got 6 to 8 then its a signature scent contender for me for sure.

@Atmosphereification I am getting the videos in, but I've got a lot more to do. I totally know what you mean, I detest "old man scents". This is definitely not an old man scent though. I usually differ by saying "mature" or "old man", this is mature for sure. It could be discontinued, but I did extensive searching online and found nothing to show it has been. Maybe they just lowered production to make more DHI lol Thanks again, man. I really enjoy the great feedback!

Dune is a overlooked underrated fragrance has a sea salt note so I use St Ives sea salt and pacific kale bodywash pimp juice million dollar talk million dollar walk ohh wee this is fire Christian Dior is the best house hands down
