@@salmandudayev8259 They probably won’t. Fragrances just aren’t as “potent” as they used to be and I’m sure it’s expensive to keep the original formulation in production. It’s not just with this brand, most of the heavy hitters have reformulated their scents. Such a shame really, especially to those of us who enjoy fragrances

I absolutely LOVE the Fahrenheit line. I own the original, Absolute, Parfum, and Cologne. Used to own Aqua Fahrenheit and Fahrenheit 32. Would love to see you do a buying guide for the Issey Miyake line, and maybe Thierry Mugler, if you haven’t done these already. Peace! ✌🏽

I found a tester of Fahrenheit 32 in Sephora about a year ago. I immediately asked if they had a new one for sale, but they didn't. I offered to buy the tester and refused to 😒. The smell was incredible, too bad they wouldn't sell it to me. I do own the EDT and Parfum, but don't wear them as much, unfortunately. I live in Miami, so they're not really suitable for the weather here.

How things change. The original fragrance was getting clowned 8 to ten years ago. My buddy was mocked by the counter attendant at Macy’s when he asked for it and was told he will find it at his local pharmacy.

Im a perfumer. I normally make my own creations but I'm a huge fan so created a tribute clone with grass tincture, actual petrol, vanilla Violet, rum orange blossom mandarin and aquatic notes. It's ultra light while being heavy with the petrol tincture.

The vintage is a classic. That's what got me interested in fragrance. I didn't get into fragrance enough to remember it was Dior. It was one of the first ones I bought, last year, when I really got into fragrance. I bought the new one in the big bottle. It sucked so bad. I got a 75% full vintage bottle. That was the heat. Always has been. Boom. Og vintage farenheit. Damn.

Unfortunately, that first bottle is a fake :/ Glass bottom is too thick and "Dior" lettering should be above that bottom line. Also "Fahrenheit" lettering is to tight and tint of the bottle is too harsh. Original bottle has much more delicate color gradation. Where did you buy it? :( edit. 2:56 Batch code "8348" is also not correct. It should be more like "8A02", where: -8 is a year (2018) -A is a month (January) -02 means that it is the second batch of that month.. 03 would be a third batch, 04 a fourth batch, ect. So "8348" is a bad joke... :/

Those youngsters out there who think the 2020s Dior Fahrenheit EDT is too gasoline smelling, you need to chill. :) I still have my 1989 bottle with about 30ml left … it smells like gasoline and cedar from a hot sauna and smells like a boss. Modern Fahrenheit EDT smells nice and I will pick up a bottle after sampling it again recently … But it is WAY tamer, less polarizing, compared to the original batches. Which I am sure many would appreciate, especially if you already complain about the gasoline smell of the new stuff So when someone talks about the original DNA, think about the glorious juice from the late 80s. The new stuff is great but it is so different from the original. :)

32 really kind of departs from the Fahrenheit DNA. Has the feel but comes across as snow on the ground. Absolute is my personal favorite. Managed to score 2 bottles before prices got ridiculous. That one is in my personal top 10 from the fragrances I've smelled

Dior Fahrenheit smashes Sauvage. But that may be down to my age. Again, Fahrenheit Parfum smashes Sauvage ETP & Parfum. The only Sauvage I would say competes is Elixir.

It's acutally becoming harder to get your hands on the EDP. Even on the common perfumerys (at least in germany) it's out of stock. Same for the common online stores. It's probably slowly dissapearing from the market

Fahrenheit is one of those frags that gets really divisive with the reformulation thing, ignoring and just straight dissing that is basically ignoring the whole shebang of the fragrance. Although i agree it's silly that companies use the same name or price bracket rather than using another name, or flanker, to continue rather than gaslighting the customer.

I just scored a bottle of aqua for retail at my local kiosk that has been in the mall for 25 years. He has so many gems. The twist cap on aqua because it’s lighter and made to be like a splash bottle. Personally I’ll never do that.

The first time I smelled Fahrenheit in a Sephora I hated it, I thought it smelled like rotting garbage. Recently I got curious and got a sample and...I kind of like it. I don't know if it's because it's from a small sample rather than a full spray do it's not that strong, or because I was smelling it next to other fragrances, or the time of year, or if my preferences have just changed, but it's really pleasant to me now. I'll keep testing it but I might put it on my shopping list 👁👃🏾👁

Have 2020 batch of le parfum, it last really long time but its like a skin scent....either i cant smell it or it was reformulated. Would guess the first one because there are some others perfumes like Bentley for men absolute or Rasasi sootor waaw i also cant smell very well but other people say are really strong. Yeah I think it’s called a term like “nose fatigue” or something, because that strong smell is overloading your nose so you kinda get used to it but other people will still smell it

I have no idea as to where people are getting a petrol smell from. What type of gas are yall putting in your cars!?!? I get a bright geranium leather hit from it with a pinch of fizz. 6hrs of lasting power with 2 hrs per additional spray. Great selection for those with a more mature sense of smell.
