Hi from a moradabadi❤ love your recipe. U can add kewra water in the end to enhance its flavour as the chefs here in moradabad do when they cook in Degh. Also it would add great taste if you add a bit of coriander seeds along with the saunf cuz normally we add these saunf dhaniya in a potli while making this biryani.. one more tip if you want to avoid khade masale and just need the flavour of it and need the whiteness of the biryani then just add all of these in a potli and cook.
