Goulet Pens ships with converter. I love the magnum. One of the most underrated pens on the market.

I have three. The blue and purple demonstrators, and the prismatic purple. They all look and write great.

The Diplomat Magnum was my very first fountain pen. I think it was a great first pen. I still go back to using it often. Transitioning from light, thin ballpoint and gel pens and pencils, it was a great way to be introduced into fountain pens. I think it’s a highly underrated pen.

YES! She’s back. Personally, I don’t enjoy thin pens. For some reason I grip them tighter which is fatiguing after a while. I do enjoy Diplomat’s Aero which is comfortable, writes well and inexpensive enough I can throw it in my bag without too much concern.

I picked one up from Truphae for less than 20 bux! i got the ef, as i generally do and i love it! it's a great smooth nice fine line but also bouncy n semi flexy. Even the reverse writing is xxf and very smooth for such a fine line. wow. so glad i got one. Thanks for this review and recommendation. Your channel friggin rules the school👑🔥

Such a good nib for this price point. I also love the bounce/springy experience. I have 2 and need to pull them from the unused pile.

The prismatic purple color is of interest to me. I have seen these pens and hesitated buying one. From your review, it is clear that I should get one. Wish there was a metallic version.

If you had the chance to add another color to the Diplomat Magnum line up, what would it be? Thank you for your video presentation. What is the drying time on the Diplomat inks?

I have the Aegean blue, prismatic purple, and another blue one. I like them, but one thing I found the ink window has kind of rough edges to it. Really my only negative for it, obviously I like them enough to buy them more than once. The prismatic purple is my favorite of them since the color shifts depending on the light angle.

Entry level pens probably tend to be used by people who just want the convenience of cartridges. I only started bothering with bottled ink when the stationer I used and had coloured ink cartridges closed down in the days BI (before internet). Any pen upwards of $50 should have a converter supplied (by law) and I cringe when I see reviewers holding a pen that costs upwards of $200 and then say "a converter is not supplied but you do get two cartridges in a nice little packet" when the packaging alone must have cost $25.

Love the video! This pen is fantastic. I was really excited when I discovered that it has that little bit of line variation. I first inked it with private reserve blue suede bit it was just way too wet so it didnt showcase the magnum’s performance very well. I recently put diamine blue velvet in it though and wow its become my go to pen. Its just really fun to write with.

I love your video. I bought Diplomat in cobalt with F nib and SO smooth. Love and so pretty. I tend to like and buy EF’s and like thinner but don’t want to lose smooth writing I am getting with my fine. Want the pink one but unsure if I get F or try EF.???🤷🏻♀️

How do you compare this pen with the Twisbi Eco? I want a pink or magenta pen to add to my collection and can’t decide.
@bullseye11b2 жыл бұрын
I will definitely try this pen out. The Diplomat inks are the same as the Octopus fluids inks. I have a few of the colors and they are nice. The bottle sizes are 30ml and 250ml. So if you find a color you like you can get 250ml for 19.99€.

What is the magenta color you have in white pen? I just got my first Diplomat Magnum after watching your video and love it!! Went to order fuchsia pen and again out of stock. Such a smooth writer. I got a fine and a little thick for me but afraid EF might be less smooth and bit scratchy. What do you think of EF vs F?

Not worth buying in India. Overpriced and taxed to give pain.

These pens are feather light. I don't care for writing with a pen that light.
