Diplomat Magnum Update: Great Customer Service

Diplomat really has amazing service. I have a diplomat Esteem matte chrome (almost 7 years now) that has a hairline crack in the section seeping ink though. I emailed diplomat hoping they had a spare grip for sale. Since the only think I could find online was a complete section with nib and feed. They emailed back for a photo and my address along with the nib size and sent me a complete section FREE OF CHARGE! Really haven't had service like this in any other company

I recently bought a Diplomat Magnum and I like it very much.

My Diplomat Magnum writers with an very abundant ink flow but also hard starts , skips very very often at a minute or so also stops writing very often and the nib and feed can't be removed . How I can fix that ?

My pen gushes ink suddenly and skips after few lines. Is that a pen problem? I changed inks to see if it helps, but not really.

Sometimes it can mean that either the cartridge/converter or the nib/feed section isn't seated quite right. Since you've cleaned it, the cartridge/converter probably isn't it. I'd check that the feed and nib are well aligned and in all the way. When I had trouble with mine, I emailed Diplomat and they were very helpful; it's worth asking them. It's definitely something you shouldn't have happening.

@@JG3Reviews I realigned the nib and feed, it is much better especially the ink gushing but the skipping is still there. I have contacted Diplomat and waiting to hear back from them. Thanks for your help.

They asked me for a photo of my pen and the size of my nib and they are going to send me a new nib feed section just like you had mentioned. Thanks for taking the time to share this video. It was helpful.

Great Services. And good for you. Somethimes is good to say, show, Opinion, because it may can help. Most of the time is here somebody who watch Video and get inspired or the infos in Video are Help. My Girls on KZbin (crafting comunity) are bow slowly in to Fountain Pens, because i did show them so often my Pens. I like Pens too. So have fun with it.Your writting is very cool
