A little bit about the Only Boys Aloud (OBA) Academi.
Members of the OBA Academi all audition for their place and we work them incredibly hard during a week's residential stay. They start the week without knowing one note of the music and learn the entire concert repertoire from scratch during their residential. They receive two individual singing lessons, five sessions of music theory, movement and dance sessions, and even a 6am bootcamp alongside many hours of rehearsals.
The boys work incredibly hard and we are always exceedingly proud of what they achieve during their week together. Thank you to all the boys and the amazing team of Aloud staff. Craig Yates. Creative Director. Aloud.

I had the privilege to premier this piece with the choir it was written for many years ago. Every time I hear it I am transported back to those moments. A beautiful song and this is the first time I've heard it for mens chorus.

Dirait-on. I see a translation in the description above saying: so that say. Akward! Dirait-on (one could say) is the old way of saying: On dirait (que)...which in French means: it seems (that)..., or it could be, (that)...
