This is as mentioned an excellent concert Mark is phenomenal as usual and the other guitarists are great too , but don't sleep on that drummer., he's putting it all out there!!!

The drummer's dad was there, so he went a bit nuts, they played a bit fast. Mr Knofler was fine with that.

It’s too bad people guilt reactors into not reacting. I love seeing people discover music that they hadn’t heard or paid attention to previously. The feedback, whether it be body language, facial expression, or words, is the whole point of a reaction channel. Otherwise, we’d just listen to the original video. Don’t stop reacting! 🤗
@sadgfasdg5427 ай бұрын
You are not wrong but here are some pro tips what some people find annoying 1.) if you stop the song every 30seconds. 2.) if you have a reaction channel but no ad block 3.) when some foreign fans of your channel send you a song request not putting subtitles, even when they suck most of times, but foreign songs with lyrics are mostly requested BECAUSE of the lyrics if there is no other outstanding reason apparent, i.e. one of the best player ever playing an instrument or for some other obvious reason. That said, none of these reasons apply to this video!

Exactly, you can’t please everyone, however he will get strikes from You Tube, if he doesn’t stop it, at least once, which is what I like to see. Also while he knew this song, nobody knows this song, like this, unless u actually hear it… one of the 10% of great songs that are better in concert, than the studio version.

Those Brits have given us some great music! I loved this song forever! It is still on my work out music in 2024! A lot of young reactors get impatient with the length of many of the songs from the late 60s/70s and even 80s. During the psychedelia era of the late 60s the music was a mind journey not a quick pop fix. In the 70s many of the songs featured instrumental solos during a lengthy tune and that was part of the experience. Many young hip hop/rap guys aren't used to that. They are only accustomed to a hard delivery fast and with some message but its usually ANGER. They definitely aren't used to so many songs about love from the 70s/80s.

The studio version of this is one of the best songs for cruising. It's nice that you enjoyed it so much.🤗 What I love about this clip is how much fun they're having. Making a living like that wouldn't suck. Shout out to the production crew. The filmography of this LIVE concert is incredible. 🤩🤩

Maravilloso Dire Straits 😍. Me suscribo a tu canal. Un abrazo desde Chile, ( al fin del mundo). ❤

One of the greatest live sets ever in rock music, up there with some of the greats and Mark really could make that guitar sing all without a pick too, the tone from that Strat is awesome and his solo's are friggin awesome, he's picking the strings so that put the greatness through the roof ,so glad i was around in the 60s 70s 80s but since the 90s and things like auto tune and the shite they do with computers to make a shite band sound good has spoiled music now it's about how you look, till they have to play live!! then we see no real skill back in the day you had to be as good if not better live and know how to play, like this here, guys are all in time, are tight as a drum , talking about drummers this guy is having a show because his dad came to him play for the 1st time, but it's really Mark Knopfler who steals the show that lead break is out of this world, that's why by 85 when Brothers in Arms came out they were the biggest band on the planet and you can see why here, we are in the presence of the rock god that is Mark Knopfler but kudos to the rest of the band who are also awesome, ROCK MUSIC AT IT'S BEST.

What I hate about their albums is that they fade out their songs . I guess that's just the way they did it back then. I love a well constructed no nonsense ending , like RATM do. Or just record the whole jam instead of fading out.
