@@RaifahMudag when i created my account in UpWork formerly oDesk, i just took the test and passed it, i made my profile appealing to the clients. When a client saw my profile, he immediately invited me for interview, hired me and made me a contract with them that's how smooth the process was. But now with different recruitment agencies, the recruiter will interview you and easily reject you with no specific reason.

To answer your question on how you can avoid saying "ummm" or "aaah" ---> PAUSE. You can think of what you will say first before you start talking.

Just to let you know, having fillers during the interview specially in a "direct client" is normal! and I didn't see it that it could be affect throughout on her actual interview, unless if the interviewer is a Filipino/Filipina that feeling entitled, then it might be her interview going to be crucial, but for this direct client interview the fillers won't a big deal anymore! Okay? Oki!

It's important that you deliver with the job they require you to do. Filipino recruiters are feeling so smart and superior when it comes to interviewing applicants. As if they know everything, as if they are the most eloquent person in the businessworld.
