Nobody is given more weightage in UPSC exam dude. You need to go through every stage like every other candidate and only in interview, you can say I wanna be an IA&AS Which is highly unlikely because UPSC is all about IAS and IPS of the world.

Don't mind bt I want to clear one thing before starting prepration, pls check the physical eligibility of this exam bcz there was a case of topper who has blindness of one eye and got rejected. Now he filed a complaint in sc. I don't want to discourage bt I think before starting pls go through with physical standards and then decide . All three professional courses i.e. CA,CS, CMA are equivalent to Masters Degree and same is clarified by a circular issued by UGC. So if you are qualified for any of the professional course you shall be eligible to apply for every government job irrespective of fact whether you have graduation degree or not.
