Love the content Mr. LeRoy, keep it coming. Pork Butt in a direct heat cook atmosphere is underrated. I'm a big cole slaw fan, one of the only foods I'm picky about, and haven't had it without a juicy sauce so i appreciate that fresh take on cole slaw not to be confused with Cole from the restaurant 😁

You think a Weber Smokey mountain without water pan would produce similar results

The Weber Smoky Mountain without the water pan is an excellent direct heat cooker. The distance from the Coals to the grate is just right. It Works as well as any of the direct heat cookers on the market.
