Thanks for the feedback Felix. We just finished a survey of custom t-shirt printers on Facebook and customers and consumers on LinkedIn and the average price they would charge is $21.19 , the average price people would pay is actually more.

That's amazing, I've only just discovered these printers. Please can you tell me what software you use to make your designs. Thanks in advance...

whats the maintenance like for this machine?
@ColDesiColman2 жыл бұрын
It's actually pretty minimal. The usual inkjet maintenance of wiping capping stations, and wiper blades, plus just cleaning up any loose powder. Our DTF experts could give you more detailed maintenance procedures though. You can live chat them here - coldesi.com/coldesi-dtf/

HOW ABOUT ELECTRIC COST?
@ColDesiColman2 жыл бұрын
That will vary WIDELY by your area - costs differ quite a bit - as well as how often and for how long you run it. Comparable to any piece of equipment it's size and configuration

Hi, we are looking into your machine, and trying to compare like for like. It seems very fast, but what is resolution/pass rate? Our other 'supplier' is saying that at these speeds it must be very low resolution? "For the speed,the 15-22 square meter is just under the ideal condition, usually the ICC profile,image design and eclosion type etc will influence the speed. You could try 4 pass, light eclosion and other simple image file to test the speed again. But under high speed, the resolution will be low." I think he is just trying to sell his product, which seems very slow in comparison!!? SImon

there's a lot to unpack in that statement Simon - and it's hard to answer properly without knowing specifically what we're comparing it to. But what I can tell you is that we actually have our own R&D team that has made significant upgrades to both the electronics and the software to optimize speed and power efficiencies. You should really have this level conversation live with someone on the team here.

job profit $853.86 - overhead cost & labor
@ColDesiColman2 жыл бұрын
Hey Juan. Labor costs are different for everyone. But, you can't deny that even when factoring in labor costs there is still room for HUGE profits. This is an hour job that only takes one employee to complete. So sure, substract $15 - $20 from the profit.
