It doesn’t matter where the negative sign is in a fraction, it still has the same value

@@daviabryan924 that part is not wrong. he just moved the negative sign infront of the fraction. it doesn't matter if the sign is in the numerator or denominator. for example: -8/2 and 8/-2 have the same answer and that's -4. so it's not wrong.
