Jimat 51k kalau tak tolak 30k tu, kalau tolak 30 k tu jimat 21k je. Sbb keluar madal lebih masa depo tu

Beli rumah contohnya buat loan bank islam tapi cara bayar pula buat potongan dari bank lain, ia tak membawa apa2 jika bayar lebih. Kita harus bayar terus kpd no. Loan acc baru ada perbezaannya, ia akan kira terus dari baki pokok asas pinjaman.

Masa beli rumah tiada ilmu, pihak bank pun tak ada maklum. blh tak share bgaimna cara untuk kurangkan tempoh pinjaman dan proses permohonan dgn bank jika sudah ambil basic term housing loan. adakah masih ada jln jalan kluar? harap dapat bantu

Salam. Mungkin boleh berbincang balik dengan pihak bank, berapa amaun yang boleh bayar lebih untuk bantu kurangkan amaun pinjaman rumah ataupun ada alternatif lain ke.

salam, saya ada soalan: - kalau bayar lebih bulanan tu, perlu bagitahu bank untuk tolak principle kah? atau bayar mcm biasa dikira dah tolak principle? - ada minimum ke? contoh: loan rm1250, bayar rm1300, extra rm50 bank boleh consider untuk tolak principle jugak ke?

Wasalam. Cik boleh tanya pada pihak bank dan rujuk semula agreement loan. Sebab kadang2 bayaran lebihan tu kira masuk sebagai advanced payment dan dia tetap kira yang bayaran bulanan yang ditetapkan je.

Tidak dikira tolak principal. Bank consider as extra payment sahaja.

Yang loan bayaran tetap langsung xada cara ke seperti semi flexible/flexible loan.

Ada, perlu buat refinancing dengan bank lain dan ambil package flexible atau semi.

Hai bro, need your opinion on housing loan. Is it advisable to pay more during the progressive interest for a house under construction? I hear some say that it’s not worth to pay extra during progressive interest but I’m not sure why. Scenario :- House worth RM500k.. Phase 2 (RM50k is the current loan outstanding and progressive interest would be around RM130 (Interest Rate = 3.95%).. Full Flexi Loan (Maybank).. Could you please share your thoughts regarding extra payments during this stage? Thanks.

during progressive interest, it is 100% paid for interest, not a single cent of your principal.. so what do you think? still worth to pay extra?

HI Bro, I have a question with regards to home loan repayment, is it a best choice to hire Professional Mortgage Loan Advisor under FIS ADVISORY SDN BHD, for early loan settlement plan? Recently I’ve heard about FIS but I’m not really sure about it. Your advise? Their charges is about 3-3.5% of your loan amount.

ada lock in period, biasa 3 tahun. sebab bank nk untung you punya interest dulu. haha
