Mr Director first you have not understood specific issue and the difference between larger issues. System called administration will be combined of so many officials to solve issues. Your issue of TELLURU is specific issue. No doubt Indian administration system fails in implementing and taking decisions because of laxity of people in administration. Administration starts with MLAS/MP'S 98%don't know what is their function except doing bhajana. Next come Executive authority which contains ministers and secretaries majority ministers capabilities are known unfortunately majority secretaries are also like that. Lower people settled for their personal money issues by their jobs. Director firstly you got no knowledge of system and administration so you confused your self and made viewers. See Krishna movie KOLATIE KAPURAM the director 75% successful in attracting viewers rest hero Krishna done it. Before making these movies please discuss with relevant people. Judiciary got Only review power examine whether the decision followed process and as per constitution or not. The Tribunal of 3 judges will submit reports but cannot convict it's the function of criminal justice.
