It's never fitting; but Roy indeed fought HIV to the end; and it was 'unacceptable' (fake news?). And yes it was the same Dr. Fauci who focused 'only' on vaccines in the early years of HIV, and not antibody therapeutics or cocktail drugs; which of course did turn HIV into a chronic rather than acute condition.
