This is what I’m saying…Jin’s album to me is the best of the seven. Let me explain myself by what I mean by that. I love all the albums and stream them everyday when I go to sleep at night. But here is the difference. I can tell you what my favorite song or songs are on each members album. With Jin all of the songs are so good that I love them all equally! They are all my favs!!! I have never listened to an album and have been able to say that. There are always stand out songs on albums that you just love and you listen to over and over. I have been playing Jin’s whole album on repeat since it dropped! I just absolutely love it! I’m so impressed and so proud of him!! Just FYI Jin wrote I’ll come to you while he was in the military. He enlisted 12/13/2022 it was slightly snowing that day. He says he will come to us in the spring. He discharged in June this year. So he talks about how he misses us and most likely the members. So he has his memories to keep him company. And promises he will come back to us. It’s so beautiful!!! Only Jin can write a song this emotional. So yes be happy everyone because the song is not sad because he is back! He fulfilled his promise!

I respect all the members' solos and think they did amazing job showing their own colors. but jin's album is so easy to listen to, and something about the way the songs are ordered makes you like, even if I love Heart On The Window I can't repeat bc I Will Come To You is next, and then I'm so ready to be cheered up by running wild/i'll be there. plus jin was straight up "every song is for you army". I feel the same way. I don't have a bias for BTS members. But I realized how I was drawn to Jin s voice because I feel his voice and singing is the one that gives and resonates emotions the most for me. I am so glad all 7 of them debuted as solo, finally. Their best moment is yet to come. Armys will be there when Bangtans are ready.

For me they have saved the best for last. this has been the album of the year. It’s a non skip album. My favourite songs are I will come to you and another level. As you said Jin and a piano. one word WOW. I cry every time. We get to hear his stunning vocals. The silver voice at his very best. I lost my sister recently and literally Jin with all his content and now this masterpiece has got me through it. Thanks Roscoe for a beautiful reaction xx

Now that I know the lyrics to I Will Come to You, it's making me cry and breaking my heart. Jin said he wrote this while in the military for us. He left in winter for his military hence "the day the snow fell, the day I left your side" and I can just imagine him in the barracks writing these words down and missing ARMYs and his BTS brothers. I need a hug for real. I realize now what makes him so lovable. It's that he is just an authentic person to his core. No frills, no pretentions, no need to impress anyone. He just wants to make the fans happy and in turn, that makes him happy. Very few superstars would think that way. Furthermore, all his songs fit him because he handpicked these songs out of 1000 tracks that he listened to and, in the end, chose and composed these 6 as a love letter to us fans. How heartfelt is that? I don't care if HAPPY wins any awards (although it deserves all the awards from vocals to producing); what matters is how Jin has touched, inspired and healed so many hearts like mine with this album. Thank you, Jin. And thank you Roscoe for giving him and his album love.

This album is a MASTERPIECE. I love every song. HOTW is fantastic but my favourite is FALLING. Jin did his thing on this album. you can never predict kim seokjin. i knew he was gonna do a rock album but this is on another level. my only quam is that the songs should be longer. I cant get enough of them. moreover, listening to the Live performances is again on another level. FANTASTIC ALBUM!

Roscoe, in the showcase of Jin he song "Heart on the Window" live with Wendy it was amazing to see the two of them on the stage together (a lot of memes also but thas another story lol) This album its so Jin, it happy, unexpected, different, ligth but them deep in thougts, thas Jin for me, you can always see him smiling and making jokes but of course there its other side of him that he reserve for himself, and that last track felt like he open up to ARMY, the phrase "Please hug me" and the first thing he did after SM was a hugging event with ARMY.... La voz de Jin y Wendy se complementa a la perfección, bellísimas voces tienen. Ambos tienen voces dulces y a la vez potentes. The staff did not want Jin to do the hug event. They tried to talk him out of it over and over. He wanted to hug 1,000. Not kidding. They said NO! But he did get his way with fewer hugs negotiated.

Jin left a message for an ARMY recently about trying even though succeeding was hard or unlikely. I have never succeeded at winning a single event to see BTS or the members before, and I almost didn't even try this time. I am clearly the opposite of whatever lightning likes. However, I said a little prayer and tried to win a spot for Jin's showcase performance. Fast forward, and I am still on cloud 9 from being able to be in the same room with Jin and fellow ARMYs. These 2 particular songs during the performance were highlights for me. I had hoped that Wendy would show up, and Jin could perform Heart on the Window, but I was skeptical because there had been no performance on Saturday. The audience absolutely erupted when she came on stage! We were ecstatic! I loved the performance all the more because I had thought it wasn't going to happen. I Will Come to You brought tears to my eyes. The sincerity in Jin's voice was palpable in the room. I felt so lucky. Not just to be able to go to the showcase, but to be loved by Jin in that moment in such a pure and heartfelt way. I literally felt like ARMY - not just one fan in a group, but the entirety of the fandom. Jin's album and his showcase performance were just what this jaded ARMY soul needed to remember what it's like to be happy again! 💜

If you like a a song with just a piano and vocals, I suggest having a look at Wendy’s When This Rain Stops from her first solo album. It was a song for her fans who gave her support during her long break due to her accident.

"I miss you so much. Hug me." That haunting melody will come to me over and over many times a day. However, until I just looked it up I didn't remember the specific lyric. But my mind won't let go of the melody. In fact, when I first started humming it over and over, I couldn't remember what song it was from. I never even thought about it being from Jin's album or this particular song. It seemed the melody came to me from a song I'd heard in my past. But a song I couldn't remember. I just watched your reaction again. And there it was. That haunting melody. It grabs my heart every time. Melts me. I become emotional. It's so stunningly exquisite in tone and composition. Please watch Jin's interview, then live debut singing "Running Wild" on the Jimmy Fallon show. He flew a 16 hour flight to get there the day before Wednesday. He just flew home for another 16 hours and arrived this afternoon in Korea. Korea time. He barely nodded his head. He barely waved to Army. He was so completely exhausted. It was so obvious. I hope he rests until his body has recooperated. Then he can continue his PR work for "Happy." Rest up Jin!!!

Thanks for this reaction, Roscoe! Heart on the Window - so gorgeous and I knew you would throw in a pithy comment somewhere and sure enough, you did! This is something we have never seen from Jin, well he has never sung a duet with a girl. But what I mean is that this is a jazzy, snappy beat with the degree of difficulty of an Olympic slalom event. Once you launch into the song, you keep going, no stops and if you make a mistake the flag lets you know it. Like the synchronous flight of two butterflies, swooping and soaring and jinking. I hope you react to the live performance of this sometime. I think they were trying to visually present the concept of the song, i.e., they are apart and leaving the heart on the window. ARMY seized on this visual and memes of the "social distancing" proliferated. It did not help that in the after-song interaction, my poor sweet boy was visibly flustered and uncomfortable. Wendy obviously read his body language and did not approach, probably to avoid spooking her "shy sunbaenim". I hope you access that clip, Roscoe, you'll have a field day with it. I think I Will Come to You will be an anthem with ARMY, I can just hear a stadium full of ARMY singing along with Jin, probably with tears in their eyes. He left in winter to serve in the military. He returned in early summer with the warm winds blowing. Of course, the very next day he hugged 1,000 ARMY. Jin said that he wrote lots of notes while in the military so when he came out he wrote the song in 2 days. What a beautiful, profoundly heart-touching way to end this masterpiece of an album. Totally agree with every word you said in conclusion. So so proud of our Moon.

Hi, Roscoe. I remember an ARMY putting "I Will Come To You" as bgm in an IG alongside images of Jin running to stand in line the day he enlisted, the way his brothers in the band rubbed his head fondly - I cried when he went, tears fell when I saw that IG the fan made - and i found a pail full of my tears in front of me as you went through the song - knowing he wrote it in the military whilst missing ARMY. I just couldn't stop sobbing with you here. So thank you for this. As for Heart on the Window, a wonderful, upbeat, rhythmic song with Wendy who is from Red Velvet. You really should watch - or I would like to recommend that you watch- the "live" stage of that...um...'social distancing' stance when Jin & Wendy sang the song "live"! It was gorgeous - the live version! And watch the song in its entirety including the English subtitles of their unique conversation. Bless their hearts! Lovely. The chords and melody at the beginning remind me of "Tears in Heaven" from Eric Clapton. I think the lyrics and the delivery of this song is my favourite too. It melts the heart and he did come to us......promise kept

I like Heart on the Window more each time I hear it. I like this in the same way I liked when Eunkwang, Seungmin and Jongho covered Love Poem during Kingdom. Classical voice (Wendy), gifted, combined with a unique, captivating voice (Jin) really adds immeasurably to the sound. And the music is key. I must confess though, I like it fine, maybe better without knowing the exact words. I Will Come To You. Niiiiice! So Nice. Again I don't need to know and think about what he was speaking about. I just listen to it. Lovely.

Jin didn't say he wrote the song in the military; he said he journaled his feelings while in the military, which he felt helped him recall the feelings he felt missing ARMY. The day he went into the military, it was snowing, and he returned in the warm spring. Jin missed ARMY so much that he wanted hugs, which is why he had a hug event when he came out. It's his promise that he'll always come back to ARMY after any situation where he has to leave us for a bit now and in the future. 💜

Heart on the window is one of the rare songs that fills up your ears, and it sustains ur emotion… gradually crescending and climbing up into a climax that sustains all the way till the end. no boring part, no stagnant part. but also not overdone. the melody progression and harmonies still make it so so satisfying and fulfilling.

what i love about Heart on the Window is that it’s a song of yearning & desire but it’s one without sorrow - which is rare for songs of yearning/desire. it’s a reciprocal type of desire but it’s not tentative and unfamiliar. it’s an existing couple for some time that wants to love each other more and more, better and better than before.

Variety of emotions. 1) I'll Be There is spreading happiness, 2) Running Wild is energetic feeling with a view to see good side of life, 3) Another Level is song that boosts your confidence or encourages you to do better, 4) Falling gives you emotions of loving someone from far like you cannot tell them what is in your heart, 5) Heart on the window gives you romantic feelings, and the last song 6) I will come to you it gives you hell lot of emotions like love, belonging, separation, missing someone and waiting for them kind of feelings. He indeed made us HAPPY with all the songs. He has written 4 songs along with the other lyricists. There is no skip in this album like you literally can't skip any song bcs all are that good. And yes the last song I will come to you is written by jin in the military and later when he came out he worked with the team and final draft was made. Amazing album amazing.
