Dirt Bike Engine Oil Leak Fix **PART 2**

Thanks for this great Tutorial! The O-Ring on my new Bike was after the first Service (5 Hours) lose and started to leak. After Opening the Oil filter cap, I saw the damaged o-ring.

WOW was that thing a mess! Worse than the other side! Didn't think that was possible, LOL. Just a FYI in case you didn't know, that horizontal, skinny black rubber thing below the plastic oil pump gear is the oil pump screen. That pulls straight out - I will bet you that thing is LOADED with crap, probably as bad as the oil filter. You might want to tip the bike on its side (to save the fresh oil), remove the cover again and clean that thing out if you didn't already. It looked like you might have cleaned it off camera and didn't mention it. That will cut down on oil volume quite a bit when they're packed with crap. Nice work Glen! Now it's done the RIGHT way.👍🍻

Yes I cleaned it. The valve train noise is almost gone now there was so much oil starvation before. Don't ya just love fixing up a hackers masterpiece? Haha

The increased oil pressure helped quiet down the noisey valves. Way better.
