Not sure what year that 525 is, but my 06 didn't have that sleeve. I seem to remember back on a forum or two that folks were taking out that bushing and sleeve.

Do you have a video with the upgrade items that you installed into your 2023 XC aer spring
@highlandcycles8 ай бұрын
My aer spring is stock. I was talking about how the new forks had upgraded parts

Show us your method to remove a stuck swing arm bolt (I’m sure one will come in eventually).

I have that method. Spoiler alert. Air hammer

What wrenches are the ones you briefly show in the toolbox with the flex ratcheting head and the black and orange handles? At 15:50 ish
@highlandcycles8 ай бұрын
Those are old matco gear wrenches. They don’t make them anymore but they are my favorites

What all would you replace for a 40 hour service on a 6500 kit? Thinking of doing mine...oil, bushings and seals? I've been collecting all the tools, just trying make sure.
@highlandcycles8 ай бұрын
Oil, seals and bushings is all. It will be like brand new

I’d like to know how to waterproof a 23 300xc, I hear people put dielectric grease in the electrical connections. Can you do a video on this?
@blakebaumer26758 ай бұрын
Any tips and tricks on removing those connectors would be appreciated too. I'm getting better at it slowly but surely.

So what’s your engine oil trick on the aer chamber? I use engine oil in the outer tube on the air Side and suspension grease on the inner chamber piston.
@highlandcycles8 ай бұрын
I put just a few cc’s of 10/40 in the spring side. Keeps it lubed up and smooth
@brandont3158 ай бұрын
@highlandcycles I was wondering the same thing. So, do you put the few cc’s of motor oil in the inner chamber where the air goes as well as the fork tube, instead of suspension oil?
@highlandcycles8 ай бұрын
@@brandont315 only inside the air spring. Normal fork oil in outer chamber
