I love this machine! kzbin.infoUgkx8ISPQRRAfpAaX4msGjyodObTBnlj4T5g Assembly was a snap, only the handle had to be put on and it slides right in. Then a container filled with water and solution. This is not a vacumme cleaner, although the makers say you don't need to vacumme first. It is mainly for solid floor surfaces, but has a rug setting too. I have no rugs, so only used it on my pine wood floors. The machine has a mopping type rolling thing on the bottom, that scrubs the floor with water mixed with cleaning solution. A small bottle of the solution comes with the machine. Dirty water goes into a second compartment. The machine work worked quite well. It isn't very loud, and my floor looks so much better than when I mop it. Best of all, it is so much easier and less messy to use than a mop and bucket! I had a couple of things that might be nice, but not necessary. One is if the cord would retract into the machine instead of having to be managed with one hand. The other is that the amount of floor covered by the amount of solution seemed to be less than stated. But then, I might have gone over the floor more times than intended. I hope I can find the cleaning solution easily, I don't know how available it will be!

My vacuum started to sound too loud, like if the motor was over working. Then if I leave it on and upright, it starts to go backwards. I have already cleaned the filters and cleaned out the vacuum with an air compressor. However, when I turn it on, all this dust comes out. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do besides throw It In the trash?

this vacuum fucking sucks the brush for the carpet hardly touches the carpet to clean it. it's always clogging my 20 year old vacuum works so much better

Hi There! This doesn't sound like Dirt Devil quality! We recommend checking the belt on your vacuum to make sure it is intact and that the brush roll and end caps are clear of any debris, that could cause the brush not to spin. Empty the dirt cup, remove and clean the filter by tapping against a trash can and check unit for any clogs (lower base hose and main hose.)
