Thank you for helping me solve these issues!! I couldn't figure out how to lock the vaccuum in the upright stationary position. The scew directions said a bolt was included (not). The hose attaching around the handle. All solved. Will let you know if other issues arise as I begin to use this item. Thank you for the detailed and slow actions so that I could follow along. 🎀

I Just bought this same Dirt Devil Power Express and I'm glad I came across this video because, for the life of me I couldn't get my new vacuum to stand up on its own! I found out I had to be a tad bit ''aggressive'' to lock its ''foot'' into position!

Good instruction I just took that front floater bar roller completely off. This allows the vacuum to sit lower in the f int allowing greater suction
