Such played with emotion. He did some dirty plays but his raw physical prowess made his game like worse than it really is. Also, with the green bay game, even the packers offensive lineman admitted to untying suhs shoes which is just as bad s him stomping on his arm. But suh made plenty of dirty plays and his career is shot because of it. He got better at the end if his time with Detroit but since leaving he has become a has been.

@@jackforte7792 I didn't see it as dirty at all. Alonso already committed at full speed to making a tackle, his body was in motion, and Flacco slid super late. If he was trying to take his head off, he'd have launched high. He was obviously going for his legs/midsection, and when Flacco dropped, he got blown up. These rules don't seem to account for the fact that the guy with the ball moves too. Putting all the responsibility on defenders to make precise calculations on where/when/how to hit is asinine

That last second sliding should be banned. Taking a hit to draw a flag is bs

Yeah that Cam play shouldn't have been called, the defender was already going for the tackle when cam started his slide

If you’re a QB and going to slide. Slide sooner. Shouldn’t be a penalty when the defender has 1 step or less distance to deliver a hit. A lot of these a quarterbacks knee hasn’t even hit the ground yet and they still get a penalty call

yeah. everyone getting all worked up about the Flacco one especially. Like....dude was already committed. You can't change your trajectory, and you don't know whether or not he's actually gonna slide. There was a roughing call in the video too where, well, you didn't throw the goddamn ball until you had a defender in your face at the last second. What are they supposed to do? Teleport? I hate what football has become.

Never understood why in the NFL you don't see players policing themselves like they do in hockey. You hit my QB, yours is next, blast my punt returner, yours is next.

Punishment is more severe. Suspensions, ejections, and major fines are really common.

@@SeaweedBrainCabin3 I'm aware of the suspensions, ejections and fines, but since we still see the illegal hits that tells me they aren't working.

Don’t run the ball as a QB if you don’t want to get trucked by a walking refrigerator. It’s pretty simple.

The Alonso hit on Flacco was not a dirty play, just ended up being bad because Flacco slid late

i’ve always said this, and if he doesn’t try to hit him there flacco likely keeps running and gets the first down probably a touchdown
