My guess was right an thankfully I've never experienced that issue with a septic and heavy equipment, we weight 21/22 tons but we need be 50' minimum by law from a septic system to drill a water well. Not all home owners know where the tank is and whoever put in the new system and those that okayed it were both at fault for the way it was left and abandoned ! Needs a hole or 2 in the bottom of old tank and bet old leach field was the other soft spot.

Not because of me but because the builders want me to backfill way to much before any wood would be on the basement. I kept telling them I fill it but if it rains a lot lots of pressure on that green concrete. Sometimes you can’t fix stupid.

@williambryant594611 күн бұрын
Times like these at the beginning of the video when you can't get the dump truck full of dirt where you need the dirt is when a track loader comes in handy. You could dump the dirt on stable ground and scoope it up with the loader and track it where it needs to go and grade it as well. Its just like a skidsteer that's just much bigger. A 953 Cat track loader is one of my favorite pieces of grading equipment for helping to clear and cleaning up house lots, moving the dirt the excavator digs from the house's basement into a large compact pile, then backfilling around the new house, and finally grading the yard. It works great for grubbing out small trees, brush, and undergrowth too. I'm biased though I guess cause I spent most of my time on the track loader at work.
