Late on this - but 3 features Jeep can add that would be super helpful: 1) seat/mirror memory. If you can store profiles, why can’t you do this? 2) one touch UP power windows. They do it down, doing it up would be great 3) ventilated front seats. I know - bougie - but I live in Miami now!

Regarding the half doors, the uppers appear to be available but folks trying to order the half door kits are reportedly being told …”these part numbers are not available to order and there are no current plans from Mopar accessory to offer them.” If you have a dealership saying otherwise it would be great to know who they are.

We saw a Dana jeep at Toledo jeep last year with the e60s. I loved them. I’m not an electric guy but I’d definitely buy a set of the e60s for a crawler. My favorite part of shows is venders and all the Jeeps in the parking lots. Most of the time there are cooler Jeeps in the lot then in the show.

Jeep may have sold the half door option more if they would've allowed the customers the option to delete the full doors if they so choosed. Probably would've been able to keep costs down too. Great content as always!

Fathom blue was not available with the SOT, so I ordered my 392 not so final Edition in Hydro Blue. Hard pass on the half doors for me. The stock Rubicon Dana’s are fine for most, but a Dana 60 option would be great. If you’re building a strict off-roader, go with portals. As far as shows, I just like to see what people do to their Jeeps and what vendors have to offer.

For a 5 lug rear axle take a look at Dynatracs Pro Float 60. It’s a dual bearing rear shaft 60.

Idk if you ever make the drive out West, but there's an event down in Cali called Jeep Bash. The Jeep community is strong here especially with all the wilderness and trails along the state. I'd love to see you guys out there sometime

Not until they fix the locker sensor issue. I have had two Rubicon JLs but wish that I had a limited slip dif. instead. Better traction in the winter and no locker sensor issues.

Jeep spends all their time on new and greater improvements. Why don't they spend their time on finding and fixing their corrosion issue? How many years does the Jeep community have to wait for Jeep to improve their quality and workmanship.

What got me into Jeeps was the course @ the Javits show. Vendors is a plus. Please also incl. vendors for the disabled. I've recently became disabled & modified my Jeep to hand controls. Haven't tried using it off-roading but look forward to trying it out.

I feel like Dana 44 is a good stock option for most wranglers but I feel like the Rubicon should come stock with a dana 60 at least in the rear

Fusion axles. I have XL60/14 bolt set with 40 spline front and rear coming in for my JL. If you’re gonna spend the money on new axles, might as well go full 8-lug. Plus if you have any desire to eventually want 42’s you need at least 70+ width.

Smoky Mountain is the first Jeep event I’d been to. We went just after we ordered our ‘23. This will be year #3 for us. It is a great event. Actually I love that the whole town is a big Jeep show, not just the vender event. I like looking at the Jeeps cruise and hang out and that the restaurants participate…and especially since it is only a couple hours from our home. We realistically could drive over for the day if we wanted to, but we go for several days. Last year I took the grandkids over for a couple of days early in the week before things got totally crazy. Brought them home and traded them for my husband for the weekend. Lol😂. We also go to Maggie Valley NC in June. It is a much smaller show but is always fun. Bucket list is to do a beach event. Hilton Head is having one in early October and Myrtle Beach is having one in October. We are going to try to make a couple of events in SC in September also. Close enough for a day trip.

Have a show at Rock Run or AOAA in PA! All the vendors and camaraderie of a show with the added ability to actually go off-roading (real off-roading, not just some holes dug into a sandy beach)

I'm in MN going doorless is awesome, thought its a silly law if you allow motorcycles on the road since Jeeps even with out the doors offer more protection than motorcycles. Glad you can do it now too! Also I wish we had a Jeep show in MN or close to it.

Just an FYI for PA folks, it's actually not legal to be doorless until September 19th. There is a 60 day waiting period after it was signed and Shapiro signed it on July 19th.

Half Doors.....Ugh, my biggest regret, not checking that box when ordering my 2024 Willys 2 door. A $2400 dollar adder, at time of order, seems like pocket change now!

Go to unlimited offroad in Michigan and do a dana 80 rear and dana 60 front you will never regret it.

Just swap to 1 ton axles front and rear, 8 lug wheels to match and be done. Then you can wheel with no worries.

What kind of trails will you be running in the 392? If you going to be hitting up the reds and blacks trails at the parks i would step it up to one ton axles. If not your fine with the stock 44s is just doing geens and low blues. I would spend the axle moneys on a new project jeep that you can wheel hard and make some videos of some of the good harder PA trails.

There was a thread on JLWrangler forums about the half door kit. Sadly, the part numbers do exist but they are not available and there is no plans to have them available as an aftermarket purchase.

It doesn’t have the top half of the frame. So you can take them off and stick them in the trunk whenever you want with ease.

As a happy owner of a set of half doors in High Velocity, to me these were a must have. They open the door area up and since they are cut lower its more comfortable to rest your arm on them. The factory price for the kit is just crazy. No way are they worth 7k. But with the new kit being released you can bet that will drive the price up on market place. And they look cool.

hi have u guys tried to upgrade any stereo adding amps dsps or speakers to ur jeep? i have the 2024 jl R and i took out the radio to install this other things and when i put back dario wont power on have u heard this happen to any one with the new 2024 12' radio please if anone knows anything or fixes i've tried reset ways with the power button and it wont work :( thanks

Hold on there...has Mopar officially dropped the 1/2 door kit for the public? From what I have heard, it is not a public order item. From Mopar. "Some of these part numbers have been discussed internally before with our Mopar contacts and we were told they will never be available as an end product" and "these part numbers are not available to order and there are no current plans from Mopar accessory to offer them." A lesson to not trust everything you see on the JL Forum...haha.
