How do yall have such balance and speed….ive havin to slow down a lot just to put my foot in the right spot for the count, while at the same time almost falling down every time my foot gets in front of the other leg

Was at a bar 15 years ago where everybody was doing the version with high kick- I thought it looked amazing but have never found a tutorial for that version!

I have never seen this dance to copperhead road in any bar I’ve been to ever. I have only seen the original high kick one, it is way better
