Appreciate the upload! I started playing DB around Oct 2016, but haven't gotten back on since they announced they would end support for the game. Miss blowing people up with Fletcher, so definitely considering getting back in the game. I do still miss the search and destroy mode.

It's not a lot of people, since Splash Damage stopped supporting and updating the game some years ago. However, thanks to community servers, the game is still up and running and according to Steam charts there's about 100 plus players per day. But that's been enough to actually get into full lobbies, especially during peak hours.

Playing as an aggressive sniper in Dirty Bomb in 2022! This is how I started to play Dirty Bomb back in the days; grinding with Vassili, before moving on to other classes/mercenaries!

I have around 1500 hours in this game...still playing...i want to get good in sniping but I just can't... like after one match I'm like "I'm done" lol

Cool, 1500 hours is a lot :) Well, sniping is a different story than all other guns, as you've noticed the "hard way". I believe that to truly become good at one thing, in this case sniping, you need to play as a sniper continuously for quite some time, in order to improve and get better at it. I know that it's tempting to change class after two deaths or one round of a game. But if you wanna take sniping to the next level, then you need to stick to the plan of playing as a sniper although you might not do that well the first days, weeks or even months. That's how I made progress, and now I usually can adapt to most fps games as a sniper (and do well), pretty fast.

I have a MOA gold loadout card with Quick Eye, that I believe works well. I guess it depends a bit on your playstyle.

I never could play sniper class. I'm more of a Nader, Ambush, Arty player. Loved setting up the mini gun in unusual places. Slows the other teams push a lot if you know the Sweet Spots 🤪👍

Thanks for your comment! That's what I meant in the video; the mercenaries are well designed in DB and their different abilities plays a role in the game. Nice to hear that you're having fun playing some Nader, Ambush and Arty :)

The sniper is not one shot ?

No, depends on where you hit. Think Battlefield, meaning one shot if you hit the upper neck or/and the head. I believe that kind of balance is ok in a game like this, it would be to OP if it would be like in a Cod game.

@@mohamedal-qadeery6530 Usually two shots to the body, but it depends on the gun and also I'd the player is hurt already. Yes, I can highly recommend you to try out Dirty Bomb:)

Of all mercs, Vasili was the only one I never really liked playing. The game is too fast paced for a Merc like him in my opinion

It is indeed fast paced, which makes the sniping even more interesting and challenging. It's like playing as a sniper in Cod but on "steroids", lol
