JustinGuitar Songs hey Justin love your work sir!,I was just wondering if you could do the ACDC version of Johnny b Goode?,I heard it recently and even though it didn’t sound to good the groove was mad.Would really appreciate it and keep doing what you do

This is the first song I tried to transcribe, using your hints from the Module 3 transcription lesson, and I am proud that I got all the small bits and pieces, including the 25 cent detuning! Thank you so much, @JustinGuitarSongs, you're an incredible teacher, and it's all a lot of fun!!

I'm really enjoying and getting a lot out of your lessons! I'm working on Shoot to Thill (pretty hard for me now) and Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Loads of fun! : )

I hope you don't mind, I started doing beginner lessons and I suggested people check out your channel to learn songs with the chords I taught. I know you do a whole easy guitar series and have a lot of good beginner song lessons. Thanks for the inspiration. Take it easy.

Love AC/DC! I read that Malcolm acquired the Gretch when his brother upgraded to a Gibson. Mal modded it and played it throughout his career. You probably know more a lot more about it than I do. Great lesson. Looking forward to more AC/DC! I remember the fantastic "Shoot To Thrill" lessons you had a few years ago.

I personally think that Malcom got the better end of the deal. I think the sound of a Gretsch + overdriven filtertron is a nicer tone than a Les Paul + humbucker. The filtertrons have a well defined sound that can sound nice & sparkly when clean but growl like a guard dog when driven. I recently bought a Gretsch, the first I've ever owned and I'm so impressed. They're my favourite guitars and I'm gutted that I've never had 1 before in over 30 years of playing and have missed out for all that time.

great lesson Justin. loved that song from the first day i heard it ( by AC/DC :) ). i bought an SG Standard because i love Angus' tone and style. i use Audacity to retune tracks to my guitar and any solos can be cut/copied and edited to play as slow as it needs to be to learn them without affecting the overall pitch of the playback. saw AC/DC play in Dublin a couple of years ago and Angus on the huge onstage video monitors was a total marvel to see. i'm away to practise some Dirty Deeds. peace man

It's that way for all of us when we start. The guitar is a truly awesome instrument. There's lots of great help, and suggestions here on utube. When many of us learned, we had to listen to records, cassettes, and try and figure out the music. Just practice for a while every day. You will be rewarded for a lifetime. Work on chords, sacales, and of course songs in each of your sessions. Hang in there. 🎸

Hnos Young, the fifth chords, in this case the D and E, take the fifth and the octave with the phalanx of the index finger bent backwards, it is something very important and that marks another sound and vibrato by putting the chord and the finger in this way. thumb above the neck. Everything else you do is worthless by wanting to imitate the Brothers and do this wrong.
