The only mission for bucket wheel excavators is to dig through dirt and rock in order to get to precious minerals but sometimes even these big machines sometimes break down. Will Ilias and his team be able to fix the 40 million pound monster of mining before Greece power supply becomes threatened?

I think we can all agree that we would enjoy the video a lot more without the drama and fake deadlines. There are a ton of youtubers out there showing their everyday lives and how they work and it's interesting to watch. People enjoy watching engineers doing maintenance and how things are fixed and how people perform certain jobs. No one wants or enjoys the drama and tension of this manufactured urgency. Quite the opposite it ruins the whole mood and makes everything look silly and fake.

These without doubt are going to be old tracks, what I assume they're doing is keeping the old steel/iron links since these rarely go bad but replacing all the hardware such as the bushings and pins. Just like when you get a 'brand new' drive shaft for your car nine times out of ten the shaft it self is an old used part but the joints at the ends have been replaced with new.

Lignite, often referred to as brown coal,[1] is a soft, brown, combustible, sedimentary rock formed from naturally compressed peat. It is considered the lowest rank of coal due to its relatively low heat content. It has a carbon content around 60-70 percent.[1] It is mined all around the world, is used almost exclusively as a fuel for steam-electric power generation, and is the coal which is most harmful to health.[2] en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lignite

As usual, the more developed countries naturally produce cleaner industry. If Greece really wants to have a permanent solution, they need to install some nukes. Clean, green, safe power.

@@mrreymundo5383 Germany burns a shitload of coal (40% of their electricity generation). Here in Italy we only make 12% of our power from coal and the plan is to be completely coal free by 2025. Guess who people think is "more advanced".

@@demoniack81 Germany will soon be burning dung. They are being overtaken by muslims. If Greece doesn't allow that to happen to them, they will be far ahead.
