This clever and creative video is great! All Dirty Harry fans must see this. I have been in San Francisco and can relate to the location shots. This must have been a labor of love paying homage to the motion picture.

I've just recently watched Dirty Harry, Magnum Force, and The Enforcer for the first time. Sometimes I would go on Google Maps to find some locations (also the video game Watch Dogs 2 has many of these locations) I'm glad to have found your video!

I don't know what it is, but everything just looked better in the 1970s. The same spots look sterile now. Probably the film stock helps to make everything look gloomier as well as the different lighting. Some places were surprisingly eek preserved all things considered.

See the nightclubs and stripper bars along North Beach? When I was 7 and my best friend was 7 my hippie big brother and his GF took us walking along the street when the barkers were all outside the doors yelling "Come on in, come on in, gorgeous chicks, no cover charge, beautiful chicks!" and my friend and I thought it was so weird that I told her "let's play 'The Stripper' on our kazoos" and so we did. One of the barkers teasingly (I hope) said to us "you girls are pretty good! You wanna job?" Being 6-7 we just blushed and giggled. Today that would seem way more sinister, don't you think?

Some people would rag on Eastwood as an actor, but he gave a special nuance to Harry Callahan, and the other roles he played. He was never just a one dimensional “action hero”, like we saw from so many who tried to follow afterwards!

That was totally awesome, I have a few questions, but I think I will just ask one if I may, at the very end of the video where you showed where Clint shot Scorpio into the lake or whatever it was, when the scene transformed, are you actually showing what is actually there today in place of the old Rock Crushing plant? Thanks again, all your videos are Top Notch.......

Gotta ask this before I forget, at the beginning where you showed the segment where the officer was following the guy in the pink Cadilliac, when they showed you at the Golden Gate Bridge, what is the name of that road that exits off of the golden Gate Bridge and winds its way around and goes underneith it, checked Google maps, and is it Alexander Road?

I think they based the story on the Barbara Jane Mackal case (except she survived) where a young woman was buried in a "coffin" that had a fan and water and a small supply of food and every 2 days the kidnappers would check on her.. It was a very odd story, and very similar to the Chowchilla schoolbus kidnapping incident. Coalinga. Around the same time period we had the Tylenol/cyanide capsule baloney and also many other dorky insane cults and such stuff. Sarah Jane Moore....Squeaky Fromme.....it's just weird. Someone once said about Elvis after he died that "the pure products of America go crazy". Well....they don't have to. They can just ignore the media and live their lives. Marry and have children and take them to a traditional church. Pleeeeeze!!!!

Another well done video, But now you are starting to get a bit silly. What's next, You're going to redo "The Planet of the Apes" location video, and insert yourself running through the corn field? (lol) ..actually, that could be rather humorous ... but time consuming.
