So, enter the basement first and photo the documents. If we need the employee-of-the-month code instead, do the documents within 3 minutes.
Bags don't get spotted by cameras, and where I placed them, was a blind spot to the guard.

Imagine you're checking for a compromise ring for your girlfriend, or a tiara for your kid, when suddenly a middle aged adult enters the shop crouching, anxiously aware of the guards and cameras, and then introduces stuff in the locks and in a fraction of a second they open and he nabs the jewelry, shoppers not minding it despite he has no uniform. Then he goes up to you, takes the tiara/ring in the open display as you are examining them, not breaking eye contact, says without whispering "Easy money!", and then disappears to the offices. Yeah, I too would pretend to still examine the now invisible tiara/ring

I need to pay more attention to the skills lol, my attempts involved closing the windows and praying the civs outside the door didnt see what was going on inside and alerting the whole street.. Oh, you masked up and controlled the storefront? I gave up on that after I saw civilians streaming in and out a la Big Bank. For some reason, the lead guard walks into the VIP room every time after it's open. He hardly goes to the break room after that.

I have done it 100% but not the front like u did. I am for sure going to give that ago like that. That was awesome. I did i with back first and then crowed control the front. It was a pain and stressfull getting all out to the room in the back before new people come in and add those to the 15 people in the copy room. My 2 kills was security room and front guy

I'm glad they kept the system were NPCs are only aware of the heads of corpses and hostages. Btw, UK, I heard that when you throw a corpse, the head ends up in your direction instead of where you threw, so people have started to put their backs to the wall, so that the head stays near it, away from the doorframe of the room. Also, what happened in the middle of the last fast forward? I see hostage moving, did you get caught by a civilian and possibly a guard?

Yeah, the corpse's head points in our direction, so I tend to aim backwards before tossing the body. If we walk too much into the wall it can jam into it, creating funny ragdolls. The last part was a civilian near the van. I didn't think she would notice but she did and I had to tie her up. Luckily the lead guard didn't notice.

@@UnknownKnightGaming I did this heist with a full team of friends we got the shanda latrell painting and the achievement tied to it, as well as the achievement for securing all the loot and it still said there was one missing, I can only assume that it must be the false painting you need the usb for and the devs accidentally counted it towards the total.

You where very lucky to even get into a server. one of the main resins this game has mostly negative reviews on steam is the online matchmaking system, some fill like Starbreeze only make 10 servers for the game & the have a long wait just to get into 1 for a solo play of the game

The servers were definitely overloaded, I think it peaked at more than 100,000 players at a time? Can't remember the exact numbers but the setup definitely couldn't handle that.

There's the Grifter skill tree, as well as the Social Engineering skill in that tree, allowing us to perform illegal actions without civilians caring. As for the guard, there's only 1, so just watch out for this patrol pattern and he'll be easily avoided.

That's the strange part: When I tested the timing by entering the store right from the start, she leaves 3 minutes after. But when playing in this sequence she doesn't. Must be the scripts blocking her to leave somehow, intentional or otherwise.

Too bad achievements are bugged right now (could be related to the Server issues) Did 2 runs, 1st I only took all cleaned bags, 2nd I got everything, I thought, still got the Optional Mission "Steal all loot" On the result screen I got all bags.

I got mine doing it loud, so it's hard to confirm if it can be gotten in stealth. On the other hand, I've done Party Crasher 8 times and nothing, while I did get the Challenge on Normal done so I sure hope it's a server issue.

That's a good point. I am rather hesitant to explore the uses of Search because once we get detected it's game over. Still, it's something I can explore down the road.

Done whole thing solo masked up from beginning by accident, killed all guards so was safe then pulled manager out deposited vault content and cleaned vip showroom and deposited, sneakily kidnapped people from front room close to doors then snuck out to shut blinds and took everyone hostage, moved them to back and was free loot after that. 26 minute run and only had throwing knives lol

Ah, Payday 3 has seeded RNG, meaning most of the RNG elements don't change after a Vote Restart. So I got the code before and I didn't have to check for it again.

There's always 5 in the VIP room, but the amount can vary in the storefront. Well, there's also the servers being buggy and not awarding achievements. I still haven't gotten the Nightclub no invite one despite playing about 10 times.

this footage looks like you pre-scoped out everything and then restarted the heist, before recording the footage that you uploaded, kind of a downer having everything pre-scripted in advance, where the actual playing the game? good guide though.

Ah, you have an eye for detail. I believe you can appreciate the incoming wall of text then. There are multiple factors to this. One is that all solo gameplays are like this. When a player hits a snag (alarm), they would restart and try again. Due to the seeded RNG, they will most likely take the same route and more or less encounter the same scenario so it's pre-scouted in that sense. I believe all channels do this to a lesser degree (unless it's a first play); the first half would feel more scripted while the second is messier because they stop and call it a day once they get that first win. I take it to the extreme and discard all messy attempts/recordings. Although it's boring because no shenanigans/entertainment, it works better as a guide. Guide videos shouldn't have lucky/messy gameplays. Second is that I scout out the heist aggressively, I make notes of where everything is and try to make a 100% repeatable strategy, which again, equals scripted/boring, like I've played it a 100 times. A viewer can actually achieve the same success by repeating it, barring the tiny details. For example, I'm working on 99 Boxes right now. There are 2 variations of the East gate guard, 2 variations of the West gate guard, 1 guard at the back, 1 other guard at the west gate. The lead guard is also found at the same place every time at the start. So a repeatable strat, which you can even try right now: Regardless of where I start, I go for the East gate and plant a motion sensor on the lead guard. The two variations of East gate guard, either he stands on the left side or right side, and I know where to hide effectively when hacking his phone and get past. Then check the first few containers for zipline. Right here, we can spot which West gate guard variation has spawned, by looking near the warehouse door, or the container nearby. Again, I know how he patrols so I can hack his phone safely and get past, into the warehouse. Does it feel scripted/scoped out? Yes, but it's not (in the sense of seeded RNG). I’ll play the same way even if I were to stream right now. If you do play Payday 2, you can compare my latest stealth runs to other channels. They sprint/leap around with no care for safe gameplay, while I do everything methodically. Combine both the first and second reason and you'll get a gameplay that feels really scripted even though it's not exactly that. Thank you and you're a legend if you've read the entire wall.

Yeah the lead guard is always a problem, even on other heists. You can try tagging him with a motion sensor, though it's a little buggy at the moment. Hope they fix it in the upcoming patch.
