Remember as the bartender, you have control. Rude people don’t get served and you have the right to refuse service in most establishments. Stand up to those dick heads, letting people wait for alcohol isn’t going to kill them.

Thx for a new vid Mr.Tolmach. I really enjoy them. Yours videos are the reason I bought my own small set of bartending tools and started mixing some drinks for myself (-; I really appreciate all the videos you make, I really enjoy watching how professional bartender works and seeing where I have to improve to be just a bit better at it (and maybe a bit more flashy when friends come over ^^). Any way, I just wanted to mention that your friend and his policy of not naming drinks is something I really appreciate. I hate it when I go to bar, and even popular drinks are renamed to something weird and I just have to scour through the menu or ask bartender what each drink is... Naming them just by ingredients is really smart actually, since every one knows what they are buying (-;
