Coffee boys and girls! It's been awhile. The Hongkong summer heat has been getting to me with much desire for something other than a hot coffee. That said, there's a lot of debate over how to offset the water dilution coming from the ice. This brings me to two attempts for no-ice iced coffees.. well sort of.
It's gonna be Dirty and Iced Shaken Pour-Over.
