You can buy universal joint with 2 different sizes there called bastards joints to keep the bigger yoke

Yes I did that. And I have the universal joint here now, and I'm so anxious to try it. But , after long thought, I decided to keep it all uniform with both 1310 style u-joints . Also waiting on a turbo 400 crossmember cuz the 350 crossmember doesn't give clearance for the pan. I'm slowly becoming educated on the 73-74 models. I appreciate your comments Do you happen to own a Nova?

The 1310 u-joints (1.065)are standard in the Nova, the 1350 has the bigger diameter caps(1.185). Check out the dirty transmission video
