@SongWhisperer Жыл бұрын
Never answer questions even after you get a lawyer, law enforcement is not qualified to give a fair and honest interrogation so never talk to the cops, let your lawyer answer all questions and do all the speaking for you until the time comes for you to tell your side of the story on the stand, and even better let your lawyer tell your side of the story in court and never take the stand. Double Jeopardy ? I know exactly how He feels I had something very similar happen to Me. My Paternal Grandfather too was jailed for Manslaughter . It took six months in prison before a judged ruled it self defense. My Grandfathers Rights were restored fully and He was able to possess arms and hunt. He actually was a informal Deer Hunting Guide for some cops and a Judge who He entertained at His home after hunts. He was a decorated Italian Soldier, veteran of the 1896 Battle of Adwa Abyssinia. He was in a candy store speaking Italian to fellow Immigrants when a man decided to give My 6’4” Grandfather at that time in His mid twenties , a bad time for speaking Italian . The man kept saying “ speak American” before trying to stab My grandfather in the chest . The point of the knife was stopped by Grandpa’s Railroad Pocket Watch. One blow from My Grandpa knocked the man to the ground where his head struck the concrete sidewalk killing Him.

The FBI need 90 agents dressed as ninjas to do a simple raid. The local police, five cops and perhaps a patrol rifle or two.

The FBI is notorious for planting evidence. Jeremy Mayfield pissed off the wrong people in Nascar and Nascar cannot do business on the East Coast without Mafia approval. That explains Nascar

Jessica Greene. It could be that they accused him of stealing property which was believed (by the FBI) to have been transported across state lines. That would make it a federal jurisdictional issue rather than a local one.

Most people have at least one stolen item in their home and don't even know it. Pawn shops, flea markets, swap meets, online purchases, used items, and hand me downs all have a chance of this. If you're on this channel, you obviously have some interest in car culture, so I guess the horror stories about CARVANA would be a good example to use here.
