Excellent video !! 13 Tips to better Mental Health. 1. Get up and out of bed, regardless of night's sleep. Set alarm clock. 2. Make a schedule each day. 3. Self care, brushing teeth, put on clean clothes. Will improve outlook 4. Exposure to sunlight. Vit D in the morning. Sunlight activates energy in the morning. Sun goes thru skull and benefits brain. 5. Eat good healthy foods. 6. B-Complex Vitamins, B-12 7. Journaling, thoughts on paper Gratitude journal of what went right. 8. Socialize. Face to Face human contact. Not social media. 9. Cognitive behavior therapy. CBT. New therapy to Improve thoughts 10. Get a pet. Dog, cat whatever. 11. Exercise. Improves all mental health. 12. Avoid alcohol and rec drugs. Seductive and mask stress. Every thing will get worse. 13. Meditate. Use a phone app to guide through. If it happens, it's possible. Thank you, Dr. Foster !!

Thank you, I have a cat a verifiable approved companion pet by a medical professional. It’s great snuggling up to him and just having him around. ❤

I agree, and there is positive evidence that a pet improves folk's mental health

I've been doing many things on your list. Trying to improve. Though many other factors are taking a hard toll. Getting a divorce, preparing for the upcoming soon move, my MS with new lesions, and the treatments... both meds and MSCS PT.. . I don't need to sing you a song... Though a majority of your items are ringing true, and Trying to stick with my program as a part of my lifestyle and habit. Thank you for sharing.

when my anxiety exceeds my medication i use an online metronome, usually around 30-35 to slow clear my head and slow my heart down. youtube is crazy but can be an excellent resource.

Well ssa is going to send me for x-rays to my wrist and my knee, they didn't deny me so hopefully this is a good sign.
