Great question. With most medical conditions the ultimate issue comes down to whether you are disabled by pain. Pain is subjective, which means that the only one who knows how much pain you are in is you. The disability ins. co. use the video surveillance to see if a claimants is not telling their doctors or the insurance company one thing, and then actually doing something different. If a person is honest and consistent about their complaints, then video surveillance becomes almost a non-issue.

I don't understand why do they need to look for a proof in public place and etc., if everything is on x-ray and MRI ? Isn't enough of proof that person is injured ?

But when you have a chronic pain it's not always the same. It can run from scale 3-8 on a different days (for me) and if you are pain tolarant person that's can be an issue to proof.
