I feel it’s part of our job to be able to determine the difference between behaviour that is associated with our clients conditions and not get so upset and take things personally. There’s a huge difference between directive abuse from anyone not just clients compared to a behaviour type associated with a neurological disabilities.

They're all beautiful people. I feel upset because of the struggle they're going through. But then, they're so brave.

Oh the comments? No one here knows anything about disability. That’s the problem with disability services they are not trained .
