Worked until I restarted my laptop, but the services is still Stopped. So I don't think this is the solution

in that case you may have only stopped the service, not disabled it then stopped it.... for me disabling worked at least for couple of weeks, after that something automatically switched it on again, i repeated the same step and have not worked ever since.

I tried another way: uninstall "Lenovo fn function key" driver in device manager. After restarting, my laptop automatically reinstalled this driver, but the message about capslock is gone. The strange thing is that this driver doesn't seem to work anymore because when I found out about your video, I tried looking in windows services but I couldn't find the "Lenovo Fn function key" service. However, it seems that there is still an instance of FnHotKeyUtility.exe in the appdata folder that can restart the above service. Sorry for bad English :P

true, unfortunately, it activates automatically every couple of weeks, so i repeat the same process again, hopefully Lenovo will remove this *bug* feature in the future because I don't want to remove Lenovo Vantage application which seems like the app which installs this service along, so this seems like the lesser evil.
