Disable Gengar Sweep

Strat: Shuckle sets up Sticky Web and Stealth Rock to slow down and weaken opponents. It holds a Custap Berry which makes it move first in its priority bracket when it reaches 1/4 health. This allows Shuckle to use Encore first before being knocked out.
Gengar then uses Disable to prevent the opponent from using the Encored move. This combination forces him to either use Struggle or switch out, giving Gengar a free turn to set up with Nasty Plot.
Endure helps Shuckle survive attacks which would otherwise KO it without activating the Custap Berry, or Rock Tomb can slow down an opponent faster than Gengar.
