I’m sure an aftermarket manifold would make it a louder an give you that deeper sound, but it also sounded like the car was breaking up a bit under throttle, might need new plugs, also start the s13 build, the Evo is already pretty clean just enjoy that for rn

Honestly its perfectly loud for Idle, you dont need to be loud in idle and street driving but when you put your foot down thats when it matters

I use the sooprinse foam cannon cuz I like the shape of the bottle, doesn’t have the narrow neck like yours which make it easy easier to fill up, it also comes with the 1.1 orifice installed or whatever it’s called that makes it foam better
