You weren't even that ranty :P Romances have been a hard sell for me lately too. One of my worst books of 2023 was the fourth book in a series I loved that I HATED the love interest and I was so mad when they got back together at the end that I literally threw the book across the room. I think my worst book that I finished this year was probably Every Vow You Break by Peter Swanson. The FMC was a moron. A kindergartener could have figured out the mystery in six pages, IDK why it took the MC so long. *rolls eyes*
