Aight so idk how it works with DLCs, specifically Man the guns has a lot of impact on how navy works. So basically as i declare war on turkey and britain is dragged into the war via guarantee, they arent prepared for it so you can achieve immediate air superiority when you got all already set up in advance. After throwing paratroopers in britain, you quickly take over ports and transport your armies there. You split your navy, go on "patrol", so they will engage the british fleet and get destroyed, but that buys you enough time to land there. As the british joined with france and there is a direct land route to via Turkey (through middle east), lots of their units are there so the island isnt full of british troops. After you capitulate them, you just do the same thing with France. Then make sure not to fully annex, but give them few islands, so you get to keep their navies and from that moment your naval supremacy is pretty much secured
