I have upgraded wront firmware I have M15W and upgraded firmware from M15A now power and warrning buttons are blinking and windows 10 not recognised usb. Is the way to reset factory or something ?

What application did you use for the printer? I am looking for a printing application but I cannot find that I have the same printer as yours

If you have Windows, then you only need the driver for printing. Which is installed like in this video. If you have a USB connection, that's it. You just print from a Word for example. si está imprimiendo desde Windows, probablemente no tenga instalado el controlador de la impresora o no sea correcto. Primero, intente escribir algo desde otro dispositivo a la impresora. OJO IMPORTANTE: ESTA IMPRESORA NO PERMITE CONFIGURAR EL USO DE PAPEL OFICIO O LEGAL asi que si ese es el tipo de papel que utlizan no la compren solo permite A4 carta y algunos tipos de sobres es la primera vez que veo una impresora que no permite el uso de hojas oficio o legal
