@@robertfury295 Being in bad condition is one thing, but if it's not actually what it's advertised to be, that's a BIG problem. It would be like buying a gold bar in "as is condition" and when you get it, you find out it's an iron bar that was painted with gold spray paint. If you're selling a 1977 Corvette, it HAS to authentically be a 1977 Corvette (albeit beaten up and rusted out).
@robertfury2958 күн бұрын
@@MaxxBiggI honestly don’t know what technically makes it a 1972 or doesn’t. But when a car is repaired with new panels does that mean it’s changed years? I’ve seen car shows where nearly the entire car is repaired, where 80 percent of the car is not original. Yet the original vin remains and therefore the year. You go find a titled 1932 Ford hot rod and I will take the odds that 80 percent of the car is not original. The car was a giant piece of crap repaired with a bunch of stuff from all kinds of cars with a bunch of crudely made parts as well. None of that is illegal or immoral. I sell stuff on EBay. I get assumptions about what something should be all the time. A used item is a used item. By state law, all state laws that I’m aware of, a used car comes with zero implied or otherwise warranty. It’s buyer beware. That should be the lesson to anyone watching this video. Which btw was well done and a good learning tool. Your gold analogy is simply apples and oranges.
