I use to work there years ago, as did my mother and my 3 aunts. I was on the very first crew to run and ride the Batman the Escape coaster. There was something magical about that place. When I was a kid, as many others did I rolled down the gigantic hill adjacent to the dome. Thanks for the memories Dave, I should show this to my kids.

Six flags should be ashamed of themselves. They took a Houston landmark and destroyed it. I can remember coming here as a little girl when it was just Astroworld. Someone else should have taken over and brought it back to it's state before Six Flags took over. Eliminating the season passes would have curbed 90% of the thugs that started hanging out. Then families would have felt safe bringing their children to the park.
