You have to use just one hand to spin the disc like Nate, that's the trick ;) the other hand stays open and flat and acts as a spinning surface.

Haha the spinning disc thing is easy if like me one grew up drying dishes by hand a ton. I was always spinning large plates like that. Oddly enough, I don't do it a ton with my discs though which seems a bit of a shame.
